Pultruded Grating

Dura Tread Pultruded grating is used in installations where exceptional load bearing and uninterrupted spans need to be bridged. The high ratio of glassfibre to resin content guarantees exceptional mechanical strength. Pultruded grating is available in 25mm, 38mm, 50mm, 75mm and 100mm thicknesses, I beam & T bar pultruded profiles and with 18% 30% 33% 35% 40% 50% & 60% open surface area.

Pultruded Fibreglass Grating & Pultruded GRP Grating

Angular Quartz is integrally bonded to the top surface of the Pultruded Fibreglass Grating, which produces an extremely long-lasting hardwearing surface. This gritted anti-slip texture of Pultruded Fibreglass Grating has one of the highest degrees of slip resistance ever measured for a walking surface.

British Standard Test Results

The BS4592 test was devised to test and assess the slip resistance of industrial type flooring intended for use in water and wet areas. A co-efficient of friction (CoF) is calculated by determining the mean angle of inclination that an operator can safely maintain when the flooring is subjected to a continuous stream of water.
